An Enchanting Fusion of Musical Genres: A Journey of Harmony and Healing

Venture into the ethereal realm of fusion dubs, where the sublime talents of global artists from classical and folk music traditions unite to create a profoundly reflective collection. It is with great honor that we present the following gifted musicians:

Pandit Sukhdev Mishra: Hailing from Varanasi, a city steeped in musical heritage, Pandit Sukhdev Mishra brings his remarkable vocal and violin skills from the Banaras Gharana.

Dr. Pandit Ranajit Sengupta: Dr. Sengupta, an exceptional maestro of the sarod, represents the Maihar Gharana, a musical tradition deeply rooted in Kolkata.

Vidushi Shirin Sengupta: Another jewel from the vibrant city of Kolkata, Vidushi Shirin Sengupta enchants with her vocal artistry, embodying the Kirana Gwalior Gharana.

Debashish Haldar: Also from Kolkata, Debashish Haldar weaves his magic with the sarangi, an instrument associated with the Banaras Gharana.

Haradhan Das Baul: Emerging from Basoa, a cradle of Baul Folk Music tradition, Haradhan Das Baul infuses his vocals with the spiritual essence of his roots.

Sadhu Seva: A master of Dub Reggae and Flamenco, Sadhu Seva plucks the strings of the guitar, emanating his unique resonance from Glastonbury.

Holosonos, aka Craig Musham: From the heart of London, Holosonos, with the soul-stirring shakuhachi, delves into the Organismic tradition to create a transcendent sonic experience.

These prodigious artists' contributions are masterfully interwoven with psychedelic synthesis and dubbing dimensions by Darren Sangita. The resulting compositions are carefully crafted to merge the age-old traditions of acoustic arts with the intricate sonic geometry of electronic ambient and dub, culminating in a holistic journey of vibrational healing.

Step into the "Temple of Sonic Peace" and grant yourself the gift of serenity. Here, your inner vibrations harmonise with the confluence of historical acoustic traditions and the future of electronic soundscapes, merging seamlessly in the present moment.

The creation of these enchanting compositions, along with breathtaking solos, unfolded within the sacred walls of Sangita Studio. This studio takes on various forms, with a base in London and Glastonbury, and a mobile setup while traversing the tapestry of India over two decades. The philosophy of Sangita Sounds is rooted in the belief that the distinct qualities of space and time converge to manifest multifaceted realities in music.

Each recording in this mesmerising collection was born with the intention of inspiring and uplifting, crafted with the utmost reverence for peace. Thus, these compositions transcend mere melodies; they resonate as a symphony of unity, where past and future merge, offering a timeless musical voyage of harmony and healing.
